This beautiful printed sampler is framed with blue, yellow, and pink flowers. It also features a picture of Colonial home life and family. Accurately reproduced from the original work, this antiqued, Early American folk art painting reproduction on canvas is lacquered, mounted to a board and framed in the proper period, distressed-looking black frame constructed poplar wood and comes with saw tooth hook installed on back.

Additional Information: The words recorded on the sampler read: "Megan Ann is my name & with my needle I wrought. Born 1770." Megan Ann also practiced her needlepoint alphabet at the top of the sampler, and she missed a couple of letters, which is appropriate for a young girl just learning to sew and read.
