Refund & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 90 days (unused in its original packaging) for a full refund or exchange. Shipping, personalized items, clearance, and food and beverage items are not refundable Once the item has been inspected a credit will be issued (less shipping cost.)
Please be sure to include a copy of your packing slip with the order number and the reason you are returning the product.

Items purchased in our stores must be returned directly to the store. Next time you visit us, bring your item and receipt and we will issue a refund. Not sure if you can return an item purchased in one of our stores? Call the phone number on the receipt for assistance. If you are unable to reach the store, contact shop@osv.org
Returning Damaged Product
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service or email shop@osv.org as soon as possible. A replacement for the damaged merchandise will be sent immediately. We ask that you hold onto the damaged merchandise for two weeks. A shipper's representative may want to inspect the damage.
Cancel Order Requests
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop the order. If the order has shipped, then you will need to follow directions for a return.
Please Note:
Please expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the merchandise. You will receive an email when your refund is submitted for processing, but you may not immediately see the funds returned to your card.
To receive discounts and free shipping offered during our sales promotions and special offers, you must purchase merchandise within the time-frame of the offer. We will not refund the price difference on past or future purchases of items purchased at regular price.
On occasion, we may need to cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. This may occur when we are completely out of stock of an item in our store and cannot hold your order until new stock arrives. We will contact you to let you know, and if possible, we will suggest a substitute.
